Is Heroes the next Lost?

Check out the 2nd story of the Ausiello Report on tvguide.com. I had heard a little bit about Heroes before from a report on Ain't It Cool News and this is sounding even better. Though it references Unbreakable in the story, the whole thing reminded me of that movie, giving a realism to people dealing with powers they're not sure how they got in the first place. I really hope this is done well and maybe with some digging I can find a script or more detailed synopsis of the pilot. As a fan of Lost, this show is even more up my alley.

Dave Chappelle's Block Party!

Here's a review of Dave Chappelle's Block Party. It starts tomorrow in most areas. It looks pretty funny and entertaining. The director is the same guy that did Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. The movie just looks like a lot of people just having a great time. While I'm not a fan of rap music, there are certain groups and individuals I like that appear in the movie. Some of which have been on Chappelle's Show before. And performing in an environment like the one seen in the previews, it'd hard not to have a good time.

Natalie Portman hosting SNL March 4

Once again, the host will be the only reason why I'll be watching Saturday Night Live this weekend. I've been "in love" with Natalie Portman for a long time, since before Star Wars. The Professional has always been one of my all-time favorites and that's probably her best role I've ever seen of hers. Just a couple more weeks until V for Vendetta premieres. I recently finished reading the book and I really enjoyed it. It's a very nice addition to my TPB collection.

Superman Returns video game trailer

How cool does this game look? If the gameplay is anywhere as fluid as this trailer makes it appear, it's going to be a huge game. Heck, if the movie is anything like this, it'll be awesome. The more and more I see of this movie in trailers, pics and otherwise, the better it looks. Bryan Singer definitely looks like he knows what he's doing. June can't get here soon enough.
